Collabera is hiring a Remote Position :: Workday Consultant

This is a fully remote role for a Workday Consultant with deep experience in the Workday Talent module. You will deliver technical support and configuration services focused on key HR processes, including feedback cycles, performance assessments, mid-year reviews, talent pooling, and potential evaluation features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Talent solutions tailored to client needs
  • Support the launch and management of performance assessment cycles
  • Enable functionality such as co-authoring, give-and-get feedback, and talent review workflows
  • Demonstrate system capabilities directly to HR stakeholders, translating technical features into practical use cases

Qualifications

Candidates must have active, recent experience in Workday configuration, particularly within the Talent domain. A background in IT or technical consulting is required, with proven ability to configure system settings and guide non-technical users.

Preference is given to candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. While applicants from the Western time zone may be considered, availability during Eastern hours is expected.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with no travel obligations. All work is conducted online, allowing for flexibility while supporting structured client timelines and system timelines such as mid-year and year-end performance cycles.
