Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues and deliver responsive and preventive support for a range of scientific instrumentation and software solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by guiding clients through system setup, maintenance procedures, and operational training
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for both hardware and software components
- Resolve technical problems efficiently to maximize system performance and minimize downtime for clients
