Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate system dashboards, alerts, and alarm notifications
- Implement corrective actions for identified alerts and alarms
- Provide support across nine distinct medical product types
- Foster collaborative relationships across departments and geographic locations
- Maintain a commitment to high-quality output and personal accountability for quality standards
- Adapt efficiently to varied work settings, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and operate with autonomy
- Comply with established procedures and protocols within an FDA-regulated environment
- Engage with customers clearly and professionally, understand their requirements, and take appropriate action
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and skill development that align with organizational needs
- Utilize phone and email effectively as primary communication methods
- Perform duties on rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 support operation
