Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality telehealth therapy services. In this remote clinical role, you will manage a structured caseload from your home office, joining our growing telehealth team dedicated to increasing access to mental health care.
What You'll Do
- Complete virtual intakes and clinical assessments.
- Create person-centered treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
- Provide ongoing telehealth therapy and adjust goals as clients progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, plans, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers via secure communication tools.
- Participate in regular online team meetings and case consultations.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
- Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
- Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
Nice to Have
- Telehealth experience is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year.
- 2 weeks PTO.
