Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. You will provide therapy and support entirely online, guiding Minnesota-based clients toward practical solutions for their mental health needs.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate individual and family counseling sessions through a secure online platform.
- Assess client needs and create clear, structured treatment plans.
- Track client progress, document clinical notes, and monitor outcomes.
- Collaborate virtually with a supportive clinical team.
- Provide guidance on effective coping strategies and long-term wellness practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000.
