Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
- Represent the agency with integrity and professionalism
- Build trust through clear and honest communication

- Support clients through the entire policy acquisition process
