About the Role
The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and hiring IT professionals by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment between candidate skills and client requirements, while delivering a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified IT candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks for outreach
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and teams
- Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
- Stay current on IT industry trends and in-demand technical skills
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to niche technology roles
- Evaluate resumes and portfolios for relevant experience and expertise
- Conduct follow-up discussions with candidates post-interview
- Support onboarding procedures for selected hires
- Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates
- Assist in employer branding initiatives targeting tech professionals
- Participate in recruitment metrics reporting and analysis
- Align recruitment practices with company values and standards
- Collaborate with HR on policy compliance and documentation
