Responsibilities
- Lead a team of backend and frontend developers to build creative solutions enhancing user experience.
- Foster a high-performing engineering environment that values innovation and technical quality.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UI/UX Design throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch.
- Work alongside the CTO and peer engineering leaders to define and refine internal engineering practices.
- Balance leadership duties with hands-on development, dedicating up to half of your time to coding.
