Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote Delivery Engineer to join our team. This full-time role focuses on the remote monitoring and diagnostics of critical power generation assets, including Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
What You'll Do
- Perform remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment, including HRSGs, Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors.
- Analyze and interpret P&IDs, equipment, and instrumentation datasheets to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Monitor and manage Balance of Plant (BOP) systems to maintain optimal operation and performance.
- Provide detailed reports on equipment performance, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues and optimize plant performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all monitoring activities and diagnostic results.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of issues and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment, including HRSGs, Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors.
- Strong experience with P&IDs, equipment, and instrumentation datasheets.
- Proficiency in Balance of Plant (BOP) systems and their components.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently as a desk engineer in a remote environment.

- Experience in Combined Cycle Plants and Control Room operations.
