As a Remote Cruise Consultant/Travel Booker, you’ll guide clients through planning memorable cruise getaways. From selecting the right itinerary to arranging accommodations and excursions, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end cruise bookings, including lodging, shore excursions, and transportation logistics.
- Share comprehensive details about cruise options, ports of call, and onboard features to help travelers make informed choices.
- Process reservations and payments efficiently, double-checking all information for correctness.
- Respond to client questions, offer tailored suggestions, and troubleshoot any concerns during the booking journey.
