Corporate Immigration Attorneys was looking for a Remote Business Immigration Attorney

Corporate Immigration Attorneys seeks a Remote Business Immigration Attorney to prepare and file high-volume employment-based immigration cases. You will specialize in EB1, EB2-NIW, and RFEs, managing client cases from start to finish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
  • Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, focusing on EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFE processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while preparing and revising legal documents.
  • Explain legal terminology to clients clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
  • Stay current on legislative changes affecting immigration law.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex legal questions.
  • Provide training to clients on substantive legal topics and new immigration regulations.
  • Partner with colleagues to share information and resolve client issues.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding case strategy and processing.
  • Assess the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for U.S. visa status.
  • Work with global mobility personnel and general counsel to prepare petitions for submission to the DOL and USCIS.
  • Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation to ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • A Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree from an accredited US law school.
  • Admission to a US state bar in good standing.
  • High-level organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn across various practice areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin.
