This role offers the freedom to work from home while serving clients across North Carolina, with a manageable caseload of 8–10 and a 23-hour weekly billable requirement designed to support sustainable, high-quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with clients and their support networks to develop and refine personalized treatment plans
- Engage in regular outreach and maintain strong communication with your clinical team
- Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and access shared resources to enhance practice
- Deliver consistent, evidence-based services while meeting weekly billable expectations
What We Require
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field with a focus on behavioral science
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in North Carolina, or willingness to obtain it
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervision Training

Compensation & Benefits
