Clarvida is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Shape meaningful outcomes as a full-time, remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to transforming lives through individualized autism services. This role offers the freedom to work from home while serving clients across North Carolina, with a manageable caseload of 8–10 and a 23-hour weekly billable requirement designed to support sustainable, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with clients and their support networks to develop and refine personalized treatment plans
  • Engage in regular outreach and maintain strong communication with your clinical team
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and access shared resources to enhance practice
  • Deliver consistent, evidence-based services while meeting weekly billable expectations

What We Require

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related human services field with a focus on behavioral science
  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in North Carolina, or willingness to obtain it
  • Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervision Training

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary of $72,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, pet insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
