Finni Health is hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will deliver remote clinical services using evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis. The role emphasizes assessment, individualized treatment planning, caregiver training, and data-driven decision-making within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments remotely
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Deliver direct telehealth services to clients with developmental challenges
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Revise intervention strategies based on performance data
  • Train caregivers in behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services
  • Provide feedback and performance evaluations to support staff
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Respond to client and family inquiries in a timely manner
  • Adapt communication style for diverse audiences
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions
  • Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis
  • Implement crisis prevention and management protocols
  • Coordinate care transitions when necessary
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives
  • Use digital platforms for scheduling and documentation
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to client satisfaction through consistent service delivery
  • Maintain active licensure and certification
