We’re looking for a proactive Business Development and Sales professional to drive growth for a small, agile tech and creative studio. Working remotely, you’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from identifying leads to closing deals—and play a key role in shaping the company’s expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily sales activities and refine processes to improve conversion
- Set measurable sales targets and analyze monthly performance to guide forecasting
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with business goals
- Train and support team members to strengthen sales execution
- Handle complex customer issues and ensure resolutions align with company values
- Partner with HR to identify and bring on high-caliber talent

What’s On Offer
This role begins on a commission-only basis for the first two months, followed by a commission draw for the next four. After six months, top performers may transition to a salary structure and become eligible for equity based on contribution. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with Agile development and Design Thinking practices, supporting both personal and professional growth.
