Finni Health was looking for a Remote BCBA/BCaBA - New York

Open Doors ABA is looking for a Remote BCBA/BCaBA based in New York to provide high-quality, compassionate ABA services to young children. In this full-time role, you will apply Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) within a family-centered model, focusing on early childhood development.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB (Required).
  • Experience in early childhood development and education.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
