Mindrift is seeking a Remote AI Agent Specialist for a freelance project. You will collaborate directly with large language models to produce high-quality, accurate outputs for tasks such as fact-checking, dataset curation, market research, and refining sales leads. This role leverages your expertise to guide and shape AI-generated work.
What You'll Do
- Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
- Conduct thorough web research to verify information and collect supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with large language models and internal tools, using them as copilots to complete complex tasks.
- Design and refine prompts to guide AI toward higher-quality results.
- Apply best practices for working with LLMs, understanding both their strengths and limitations.
- Adapt quickly between diverse annotation, research, and analysis tasks while following detailed guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in any field.
- Professional or educational experience in data annotation.
- A deeper-than-user-level interest in AI, intellectual breadth, and curiosity.
- Skilled in web searching, fact-checking, and intent-checking.
- Proven ability to work effectively with LLMs.
- Great attention to detail.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
- Ready to learn new methods and able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Able to sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Have a laptop, a reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for a challenge.
