ExploreMore with Fran is hiring a Remote 1:1 Travel Planning Specialist to provide personalized travel coordination. In this role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for clients, crafting and managing bespoke travel experiences that align perfectly with their unique preferences and needs.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Create personalized, day-by-day itineraries
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and schedule changes
- Provide responsive communication before, during, and after travel
- Maintain accurate and organized booking records
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing, document sharing)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
