Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and oversee the deployment of software updates, patches, and system modifications within a cloud-based SaaS environment
- Create and maintain release timelines while ensuring compliance with established procedures, data specifications, and integration needs
- Analyze interdependencies across teams and programs, identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to resolve them
- Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and support units to ensure seamless and reliable release execution
- Clearly convey release timelines, technical requirements, and potential risks to internal stakeholders and collaborating teams
- Identify and escalate obstacles promptly, leading efforts to resolve issues and maintain release schedules
- Collaborate with client-facing departments to convert technical changes into understandable release messaging
- Track key release performance indicators and lead initiatives to enhance release quality and efficiency
- Ensure alignment with enterprise compliance standards, including regulated cloud environments
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships across diverse functional teams
