Digistore24 was looking for a Relationship Manager- 100% Remote (m/w/d)

Digistore24 is looking for a Relationship Manager (m/w/d) to join our remote-first team. You will build and nurture lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of customers, providing expert guidance and acting as their main contact point for all needs within our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and proactively care for your own fixed portfolio of customers, building long-term personal relationships.
  • Provide expert consultation on software and online marketing applications via various channels (written, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Act as the central contact for all customer concerns, verifying bugs, collecting feature requests, and forwarding structured information to the development team.
  • Continuously identify improvement potential and challenges from customer contact and share them proactively with your team.
  • Represent Digistore24 at international VIP customer events, business lunches, or trade fairs to maintain face-to-face customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in customer care or account management.
  • Excellent, precise communication skills with the ability to defuse conflicts and switch to English seamlessly.
  • Structured, reliable, and independent work style with strong prioritization skills, even in stressful situations.
  • High motivation to continuously follow industry trends and independently learn new topics to advise customers optimally.
  • Flexibility for occasionally late customer appointments.
  • Enjoy analyzing and solving (technical) problems.
  • Flexibility in using customers' preferred communication channels (written and phone).
  • Enjoy long-term customer relationships over short-term inquiries.
  • Willingness to be active on social media where customers are present.
  • Desire to continuously expand your knowledge.
  • Identification with the company's values of autonomy, clear goals, and a supportive environment.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in online marketing.

Team & Environment

You'll join a company of 51-200 employees, working in self-determined, results-oriented teams with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. You will report to team leadership with monthly one-on-one conversations.
