Braze is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise to join our team in Memphis. We need an ambitious and adaptable sales professional who will own the sales process, clearly articulate our value proposition, and execute with accountability. You'll be responsible for meeting leading indicators and driving growth in your territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of Braze during the sales process.
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
- Perform duties outside standard working hours occasionally, as work happens across many time-zones.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
- Experience selling through a channel led motion.
- Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC.

- Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 USD.
