What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage key accounts, guiding clients through a 9- to 12-month sales cycle with technical insight and strategic advice
- Conduct on-site assessments at waste treatment facilities to evaluate technical fit and commercial potential
- Use market research and network partnerships to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate value and support ROI calculations
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine deployment strategies and ensure successful project execution
- Maintain precise sales forecasting and pipeline tracking to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Travel regularly—about half your time—to meet clients and represent the company at industry events
Compensation & Work
This role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based commission, targeting total earnings between €80,000 and €100,000 annually.
