About the Role
The position is responsible for managing sales activities in the Midwest region, developing client relationships, and expanding market share for commercial print services.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for commercial print offerings across Midwestern states
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts and prospects
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Support marketing initiatives tailored to regional needs
- Drive adoption of value-added print and fulfillment services
- Coordinate with national account teams on shared clients
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
- Deliver presentations on product capabilities and service advantages
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Work closely with pricing and estimating departments
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Track and report on key sales metrics
- Conduct regular field visits to client sites
- Promote sustainable and efficient print solutions
- Stay current on technological advancements in print services
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Provide feedback to product development based on market response
- Support cross-selling of related service lines
