Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost goals by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting existing clients, and uncovering new business aligned with comprehensive print management objectives through leadership of a sales team.
- Handle full-cycle people management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, recognition, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution following company guidelines and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to build an annual business strategy outlining sales initiatives and priorities for the region and field representatives to meet or surpass targets.
- Apply consultative sales techniques with deep understanding of client industries, market dynamics, pricing models, and competitive landscape.
- Keep precise records of forecasting, sales outreach, client meetings, proposals, conversions, and follow-ups within designated territories.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to senior leadership and corporate offices.
- Recruit and onboard new sales talent using proven sourcing methods.
- Play an active role in onboarding and training programs for new sales hires.
- Support ongoing learning and expertise development in product and service offerings among sales staff.
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including executive contacts, to influence key decisions.
- Engage consistently with clients to maintain exceptional service levels and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals.
- Support integration of new offerings into current and prospective client operations.
- Foster strong collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional support teams.
- Track and assess shifts in client needs, industry trends, competitive actions, and market developments.
- Complete additional assignments and contribute to special initiatives as directed.
