Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost goals by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting existing clients, and uncovering new business aligned with Total Print Management objectives through leadership of a sales team
- Manage full-cycle team supervision including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, recognition, corrective actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to build an annual business strategy outlining key sales initiatives and priorities for the region and its representatives to surpass quotas
- Apply consultative selling techniques while demonstrating deep understanding of client industries, market trends, pricing models, and competitive dynamics
- Keep precise records of forecasting, sales activity, prospecting efforts, customer interactions, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups within designated territories
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to senior leadership and corporate offices as required
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives using proven talent acquisition methods
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs for newly hired sales personnel
- Promote ongoing learning and product knowledge development among sales representatives
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including engaging executive stakeholders and influencing key decision-makers
- Maintain regular client engagement across the region to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Support the rollout and adoption of new offerings among both current and prospective clients
- Foster strong collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional support teams to ensure operational effectiveness
- Track and assess shifts in client needs, market conditions, competitive actions, and industry developments
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special assignments as directed
