Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost targets by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting existing clients, and pursuing new business aligned with comprehensive print solutions.
- Manage team operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee development, conflict resolution, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create an annual sales strategy that aligns regional activities with quota attainment.
- Apply consultative sales techniques, leveraging deep understanding of client industries, market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Keep detailed records of sales forecasts, customer outreach, meetings, conversions, and follow-up actions within designated territories.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to corporate and executive leadership.
- Recruit and onboard new sales talent using proven hiring strategies.
- Support the onboarding and skill development of new sales representatives through training programs.
- Support ongoing learning and product knowledge growth among the sales team.
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including executive stakeholders and key decision influencers.
- Maintain regular client engagement to ensure strong satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals.
- Support the rollout of new offerings to both current and prospective clients.
- Foster strong collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional support teams.
- Track and analyze shifts in client needs, industry trends, and competitive actions.
- Complete additional tasks and contribute to special projects as needed.
