Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards, inspection procedures, and documentation practices across all regional projects
- Lead and supervise on-site inspections to verify compliance with design plans, technical specifications, and contractual obligations
- Enforce accountability among general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades by issuing non-conformance reports, monitoring corrective actions, and escalating issues as needed
- Supervise external quality inspection and testing vendors, assess their reports, confirm accuracy of results, and ensure alignment with project scope
- Act as the primary quality expert within the region, collaborating directly with project leadership, field supervisors, and design professionals
- Develop and present quality performance metrics to senior management and promote a strong quality culture throughout the program
- Help build a regional quality inspection team as operational needs grow
