Lead marketing growth in the DACH region by designing and executing strategic initiatives that align with global objectives. In this role, you'll build and manage localized marketing plans that fuel pipeline development, enhance brand visibility, and support sales acceleration across key markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy tailored to the DACH market, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Design and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
- Plan and coordinate high-impact in-person and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry seminars.
- Collaborate on the creation of localized content such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and performance outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of B2B field marketing experience in the SaaS sector.
- Proven success in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events for German-speaking audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering results on time.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, business development, channel partners, and marketing teams.
- Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
