About the Role

Leads and develops field service teams to achieve operational goals, drives performance improvement, and ensures consistent service delivery across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of field service teams within the region
  • Develop and execute regional performance strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service metrics
  • Lead recruitment, training, and professional growth of field staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align objectives
  • Manage regional budgets and resource allocation
  • Drive continuous improvement in service efficiency and quality
  • Resolve escalated operational issues promptly
  • Implement company policies and procedural updates
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high engagement
  • Support change management initiatives across field locations
  • Maintain accurate reporting and data analysis
  • Represent the region in executive meetings and reviews
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards
  • Optimize technician scheduling and deployment
  • Evaluate service delivery models for scalability
  • Promote consistent brand and service experience
  • Lead regional response during critical service events
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Track regional progress against corporate goals
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships as needed
  • Support technology adoption among field teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer-facing service issues
