Lead and grow the regional distribution network for high-performance commercial graphics products across the Nordic region. In this field-facing position, you'll partner with key distribution accounts to expand market reach, improve performance, and deliver sustainable profitability. Your focus will be on building strategic plans, aligning resources, and driving execution across multiple countries.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets within assigned distribution channels
- Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at major distributor organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align 3M capabilities with partner business goals
- Conduct joint business planning sessions to define objectives, strategies, and performance metrics
- Identify market needs and adapt solutions to meet evolving end-user demands
- Support distributor sales teams in engaging end customers effectively
- Train and guide channel representatives on product applications and value propositions
- Manage customer leads and track performance using Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally through distribution or indirect channels
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of relationship development
- Self-driven mindset with analytical thinking and organizational flexibility
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is highly valued
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organization
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving market share growth
