Tech Support Coordinator (Remote) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil) is hiring a Regional Channel Account Manager – Northeast (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key reselling partners throughout the Northeast region.
  • Design and implement a regional strategy focused on partner opportunity, market coverage, and growth potential.
  • Engage in-person with partner executives to strengthen executive alignment and advance strategic goals.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of partner organizations to understand structure, objectives, and sales team motivations.
  • Co-create and execute joint business plans with top partners, setting shared targets in sales, marketing, training, and certification.
  • Deliver on-site training, sales enablement sessions, and hands-on support to improve partner sales effectiveness.
  • Plan and run customized partner events such as lunch-and-learns and executive briefings to drive lead generation and deal registration.
  • Lead regional participation in incentive, SPIFF, and rebate programs by collaborating with program teams, proposing initiatives, and tracking results.
  • Drive deal registration and grow the partner-generated sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Align regional sales teams with partner counterparts to ensure consistent collaboration and field engagement.
  • Organize account mapping sessions between internal sales teams and partners to build measurable channel-driven pipeline.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support regional expansion.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on joint campaigns tied to clear business outcomes and measurable ROI.
  • Engage leadership on both sides to secure executive commitment and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Encourage partner use of the partner portal for marketing tools and demand generation resources.
  • Support direct sales and customer success teams in managing shared partner relationships.
  • Track partner performance using KPIs and deliver regular updates on forecasts, competition, and market trends.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop expertise in key channel functions such as deal registration or incentive platforms and share best practices.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure partners adhere to agreement terms and engagement guidelines.
  • Travel frequently across the Northeast region, spending 50% or more time onsite at partner locations and events.
