TiDB is hiring a Regional Account Executive - South Korea

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in South Korea.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the product team to gather customer feedback.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sales reports and updates.
