Lead enterprise sales across Southern Latin America with a focus on expanding market presence in Chile, Peru, and Argentina. This role is central to acquiring new high-value customers by engaging senior stakeholders in Information Security and Risk functions within large organizations.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute territory plans to identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise opportunities. Build trusted relationships across levels of client organizations, from technical teams to executive decision-makers. Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, strategic account planning, and disciplined sales execution using methodologies such as MEDDIC.
Deliver consistent quarterly performance against revenue goals, with regular forecasting and transparent reporting to leadership. Collaborate closely with channel partners and account managers to accelerate deal velocity and expand solution adoption.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in enterprise cybersecurity software sales, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven success closing deals with large accounts and consistently exceeding quotas, including $1M+ in annual recurring revenue
- Established network of contacts in cybersecurity and risk management across Chile, Peru, and Argentina
- Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM discipline, and opportunity management
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win in a high-performance environment
- Must be based in Chile or Argentina; 30–40% travel required for customer meetings
