ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to support our ABA Therapy client services. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for therapy positions, initially focusing on Massachusetts. You will be the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring journey within our dynamic, fast-growing company.
What You'll Do
- Review and screen resumes for ABA Therapy positions received through Apploi.
- Assess candidate qualifications against specific role requirements and compliance standards.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up phone or video interviews.
- Maintain consistent, warm communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collect required employment documentation and ensure onboarding compliance.
- Manage candidate records accurately within Apploi and Passage Health systems.
- Track key recruitment metrics like application volumes, interview ratios, and hires.
- Collaborate with the client and internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities.
- Serve as a professional, positive, and outgoing representative of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- An upbeat, friendly personality with a professional phone and video presence.
- An outgoing, warm, and patient approach when engaging with candidates.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- High organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Comfort navigating recruitment platforms and systems.
- A fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload & download and support for a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
Nice to Have
- Previous recruitment experience within the healthcare sector.
- Specific experience recruiting for ABA Therapy roles.
- Hands-on experience using Apploi and/or Passage Health.
