Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with client HR departments and field personnel to align hiring goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates while improving time-to-hire metrics.
- Refine and enhance recruitment strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Track and support engagement levels of candidates and employees throughout the hiring journey.
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates for alignment with required competencies and technical qualifications.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including resume screening, phone screenings, client consultations, and offer management.
- Guide candidates from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment workflows.
- Accurately create and close job requests in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate and arrange interview schedules with candidates and stakeholders.
- Contact candidates to confirm availability and schedule interviews using cloud-based calendar tools.
