Responsibilities
- Evaluate resumes and select suitable candidates for current vacancies based on job criteria.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Oversee the candidate journey, including distributing information and reconnecting with interested parties.
- Keep recruitment and customer relationship management systems up to date, primarily using Zoho.
- Respond to messages, manage communications, and assist with administrative and research duties.
