We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator demonstrating extraordinary typing precision, sophisticated Excel proficiency, and meticulous workflow management capabilities.
Your pivotal role will involve maintaining job posting accuracy, candidate compliance tracking, and submission process management for a U.S.-based travel healthcare recruiting team. Rapid, precise administrative work directly influences placement success — hence precision is paramount.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
Working Hours: This position demands EST hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - potentially adjusting with U.S. daylight savings). Occasional urgent updates or time-sensitive tasks outside standard hours may be required. Weekend work will be compensated as overtime per internal policies.
You will be expected to work during both South African and U.S. public holidays (SA public holiday compensation follows BCEA guidelines).
Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre connection with minimum 25 Mbps symmetrical speeds and wired Ethernet compatibility is mandatory. Candidates lacking fixed fibre connectivity will not be considered.
Power Backup: A dependable power backup solution managing load shedding and power interruptions is essential. Applicants without robust power contingencies cannot be considered.
Work Environment: Fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Job Management:
- Execute high-volume job information entry with absolute accuracy
- Ensure seamless job post synchronization across platforms
- Maintain client communication regarding job modifications
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve posting/syncing complications
Compliance & Documentation:
- Perform comprehensive background verifications
- Collect, scrutinize, and organize candidate credentials
- Maintain precise compliance documentation and deadline tracking
Submission & Collections Support:
- Provide candidate submission assistance during team member unavailability
- Rigorously validate information and documentation completeness
- Support collections processes professionally
