We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our team for an eight-month contract, based entirely onsite in San Francisco. This role is dedicated to the configuration and management of technical recruiting systems, with a primary focus on Greenhouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Greenhouse to support technical recruiting workflows
- Go beyond routine usage to implement system-level changes and optimizations
- Support recruiting operations without involvement in referral programs, business communications, or onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Greenhouse configurations
- Background in technical recruiting systems, not general recruiting operations
- Ability to operate independently within a structured, tool-driven environment
Work Environment
This is an onsite role located in San Francisco. The position does not offer remote flexibility and requires daily presence at the office for the full contract duration.
Compensation
Pay rate is $110 per hour. No equity or additional benefits are included with this contract role.
