Responsibilities
- Ensure our team can support growing hiring volume without breaking. You'll own and operationalize key programs that drive the metrics that measure our performance as a team, like capacity planning to ensure quick time to hire, and scheduling issues impacting time in process
- Scale our recruiting infrastructure. You’ll take operational needs and turn them into owned, scalable programs that allow recruiters to spend less time on overhead and more time on what they do best. You’ll improve documentation, information hygiene, and SOPs across the function
- Build our headcount tracking infrastructure. You’ll help recruiting maintain an accurate view of progress against hiring goals that pairs with financial planning, and build the on/off-track reporting model used to drive leadership updates
- Lead talent engagement initiatives and campaign strategies. You’ll partner with recruiting leadership to execute events, social content, and community programs that help us test creative ways to reach top talent. You’ll serve as the primary POC for marketing on recruiting-related campaigns
- Act as a strategic thought partner. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and own the data and operational insights that inform how our recruiting function evolves over time
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in a scaling environment
- High-slope operator who’s built for scale: you’ve done this in fast-growing environments, and you’ve watched systems break under growth. You can see around corners and build infrastructure that holds up at the next inflection
- Systems thinker who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You can zoom out to design the right operating model, then dive in to make it real
- Strong self-advocate, confident operating with autonomy and influence. You can push for better ways of working even with stakeholders who have strong opinions
- Exceptionally detail-oriented. You catch things others miss and treat data hygiene as an active discipline
- Highly structured, for yourself and others. You impose rigor on your own work AND help others structure theirs
- Impact-driven: you’re excited not just to keep the machine running, but to improve the machine itself
- Excited by high-growth environments, ambiguous problem spaces, and the opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a world-class recruiting function
Nice to Have
- Experienced with modern recruiting systems and tools; familiarity with platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus
