Join a global talent acquisition team focused on scaling hiring across multiple markets. In this role, you'll play a key part in streamlining recruitment operations, ensuring every stage of the hiring process runs efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Manage interview scheduling across diverse time zones, aligning candidates and hiring teams with precision.
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is consistently updated, tracking candidate progress and collecting feedback in a timely manner.
- Follow up with interviewers to secure prompt evaluations, helping maintain momentum in the hiring cycle.
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate essential pre-hire steps for new hires.
- Monitor job postings, applicant flow, and hiring funnel metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Refresh and distribute job ads across platforms to sustain a strong pipeline of talent.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to organize complex schedules and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems—experience with Ashby is a plus.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.
