About the Role

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring candidates while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting the overall recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified job candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress
  • Communicate effectively with applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements
  • Provide updates to candidates on their application status
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring activities
  • Assist in refining job descriptions based on team feedback
  • Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
  • Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
  • Promote a positive candidate experience
  • Stay informed about industry hiring trends
  • Manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
  • Conduct follow-up with hiring managers post-placement
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
  • Assist with job posting distribution across platforms
