About the Role
This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring candidates while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting the overall recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified job candidates using various sourcing methods
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress
- Communicate effectively with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements
- Provide updates to candidates on their application status
- Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring activities
- Assist in refining job descriptions based on team feedback
- Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
- Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
- Promote a positive candidate experience
- Stay informed about industry hiring trends
- Manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
- Conduct follow-up with hiring managers post-placement
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
- Assist with job posting distribution across platforms
