About the Role
The Recruiter will focus on sourcing and hiring for roles within the Go To Market function. This role requires strong partnership with leadership, deep understanding of role requirements, and proactive talent engagement to build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for positions in the Go To Market organization
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific hiring needs
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from outreach to offer
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the evaluation phase
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during all stages of recruitment
- Partner with teams to define role expectations and success metrics
- Leverage data to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Represent the organization during external recruiting events
- Stay current on market trends and talent availability
- Advise hiring teams on competitive compensation and positioning
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
- Evaluate sourcing methods for effectiveness and scalability
- Build relationships with underrepresented talent communities
- Provide market intelligence to inform talent strategy
- Drive process improvements in recruitment workflows
