Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies.
- Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep).
- Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms.
- Keep pipeline hygiene tight: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced source mix (referrals, outreach, groups).
- Run background checks; verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
- Build & maintain tagged talent pools by cuisine, dietary complexity, location.
- Report weekly on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and next actions.
- Handover cleanly to Operations with full notes, start date, and availability.
- Improve the playbook: sourcing methods, email templates, onboarding steps.
