Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies.
Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep).
Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms.
Keep pipeline hygiene tight: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced source mix (referrals, outreach, groups).
Run background checks; verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
Build & maintain tagged talent pools by cuisine, dietary complexity, location.
Report weekly on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and next actions.
Handover cleanly to Operations with full notes, start date, and availability.
Improve the playbook: sourcing methods, email templates, onboarding steps.
