The ideal candidate will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to offer stage
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements
- Source talent through job boards, social platforms, and outreach campaigns
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules with team members and candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates
- Gather feedback from interviewers promptly after meetings
- Advocate for an inclusive and respectful hiring experience
- Ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of recruitment
- Build pipelines for critical roles through proactive networking
- Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and workflows
