We're building a remote recruiting team that moves quickly, owns outcomes, and supports high-growth tech companies in hiring for sales, go-to-market, and technical roles. As a Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle talent acquisition with autonomy and support, using advanced tools and AI-powered platforms to identify and engage top candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates creatively using social platforms, outreach tools, and strategic research methods
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate alignment with role requirements and company culture
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of candidate progress and interactions
- Communicate clearly with both candidates and client teams to ensure a smooth process
- Meet measurable weekly activity and monthly placement targets
- Contribute ideas, raise concerns proactively, and help improve team workflows

Ashby, Juicebox, Metaview, Slack, Perplexity, and Claude—fully supported with training and onboarding.
How We Work
This is a fully remote role with a requirement to be available during US Pacific Time hours, including overlap until at least 3 PM PT. You’ll join daily team syncs, weekly trainings, and regular 1-on-1s with experienced US-based recruiters. From day one, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values learning, transparency, and continuous improvement.
