Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and notify team members of their arrival as needed.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality support to employees, guests, and clients.
- Coordinate with supervisors or clients regarding task progress and deadlines.
- Manage assigned special projects and handle sensitive or confidential documents appropriately.
- Address job-related concerns or timeline issues through clear communication with managers or clients.
- Ensure all work is received, processed, and delivered within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Engage with clients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or digital communication methods.

- Work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Resolve basic technical issues with office equipment.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Use office equipment and supplies responsibly to support cost-effective operations.
- Follow company and client-specific policies and procedures at all times.
