About the Role

The Real Estate Showing Agent is responsible for scheduling and conducting property showings on behalf of real estate professionals. Agents collect feedback from potential buyers, maintain professional conduct during visits, and submit detailed reports after each showing. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm property showings with clients and agents
  • Conduct in-person tours of residential properties
  • Provide accurate descriptions of property features during visits
  • Collect feedback from prospective buyers after showings
  • Submit detailed written reports following each visit
  • Adhere to safety protocols during property access
  • Maintain punctuality for all scheduled appointments
  • Follow instructions from listing agents or brokers
  • Report any maintenance or security concerns observed
  • Use a mobile app to log assignments and upload reports
  • Ensure all keys and access tools are returned promptly
  • Represent professional standards during client interactions
  • Respond promptly to scheduling requests and messages
  • Coordinate access with tenants when applicable
  • Follow local laws and guidelines for property entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and property information
  • Handle lockboxes and electronic entry systems as needed
  • Communicate changes or cancellations in a timely manner
  • Stay informed about assigned neighborhoods and listings
  • Support last-minute showing requests when available
  • Document property conditions before and after visits
  • Assist with photography access coordination if requested
  • Escalate urgent issues to the managing agent immediately
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance during all showings

Compensation

Hourly pay based on assignments completed, with rates varying by location and property type.

Work Arrangement

Flexible schedule with on-site property visits; assignments available during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Team

Independent contractor position with remote coordination; no direct reports or team management responsibilities.
