About the Role

This position involves coordinating and leading property tours for potential buyers, ensuring timely access, clear communication, and accurate representation of listing details.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule property viewings based on buyer and agent availability
  • Gain access to listed homes using lockbox codes or key arrangements
  • Conduct in-person home tours for prospective purchasers
  • Provide factual information about property features and neighborhoods
  • Answer basic questions about square footage, layout, and amenities
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during showings
  • Follow up with clients after tours to collect feedback
  • Coordinate with listing agents for access changes or cancellations
  • Maintain punctuality for all scheduled appointments
  • Adhere to safety protocols when entering vacant or unoccupied homes
  • Use mobile app to confirm arrival and departure from properties
  • Document showing experiences through post-visit summaries
  • Ensure all doors and windows are secured after visits
  • Communicate any unauthorized occupants or damages immediately
  • Uphold professional appearance and demeanor during interactions
