Responsibilities

  • Assist buyers in understanding property features and neighborhood details
  • Use mobile technology to confirm access and log showing activity
  • Handle lockboxes and entry codes according to protocol
  • Represent the service professionally at all times
  • Respond quickly to last-minute showing requests
  • Support multiple agents across various brokerages
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensure all personal identification and credentials are up to date
  • Complete training modules on safety and compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and property information
  • Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute changes
  • Provide consistent, reliable service across all assignments
  • Report emergencies or security concerns immediately

Compensation
