Showami is hiring a Real Estate Showing Agent

Responsibilities

  • Assist with buyer and rental showings
  • Complete light inspection reports
  • Conduct Open Houses
  • Assist with other real estate tasks

Requirements

  • Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
  • Must have access to the MLS
  • Must have experience showing homes in the Metairie area
  • Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Additional Information

  • Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task
  • Opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done
  • Payment for each home shown, even when multiple homes are shown to a single client
  • Showami is not a real estate brokerage; agents stay with their current brokerage
  • Ability to use an electronic lockbox is required in many markets
  • Unlicensed individuals can get help with licensing through discount classes and referrals to brokerages
