Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm showing appointments with clients and agents
- Conduct in-person property tours for potential buyers
- Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled showing
- Provide accurate and objective feedback about property conditions
- Follow safety protocols during property access and entry
- Communicate professionally with clients and real estate agents
- Report any maintenance or security issues observed during showings
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during operations
- Use mobile application to log showing details and client interactions
- Maintain a reliable vehicle for transportation to properties
- Ensure all necessary showing materials are available and up to date
- Respond promptly to scheduling requests and messages
- Respect homeowner privacy and property during visits
- Complete post-showing surveys and documentation
- Represent properties truthfully and without exaggeration
- Follow up with agents when requested for additional information
- Maintain professional appearance during client interactions
- Handle lockbox and access devices responsibly
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends
- Uphold confidentiality of client and property information
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or showing assistant
- Knowledge of home inspection basics
